Barrett Henry5Better customer service than the big name banks but still a bank... People are friendly here and they don't have a bunch of silly corporate policies and such that are annoying. Locally owned
Response from the ownerThank you for your kind words, Mr. Henry.

Michael Crear1I visited this bank to cash a check, and my sister was with me, I walked in to find most of the tellers lines closed. I finally walked up to an unfriendly Chinese lady who acted like she could have cared less to help me. I had a large check to cash that was given to me by 1 of their customers, she said they needed 2 forms of id to cash both checks. I had 2 forms of id, I told her my sister did not. She immediately said they were NOT willing to make an exception for my sister because of bank policy. I told this unfriendly Chinese lady that their customer had sent us there because we were his clients, He knew us, I told her he said call him to verify if there was a problem. She didn't even bother to call to verify, just refused to cash my sister's check but she cashed mines cause I had 2 forms of id. I called their customer on the phone and told him how unfriendly they were and how they said they were NOT willing to cash the check even though he had thousands of thousands of dollars in their bank and He had sent us there to cash the checks he gave us and he was on standby to verify he sent us and that he knew us and it was okay to cash the check. The customer of this bank who sent us there, got very upset and went off, he asked to speak to them, they left us on a very long hold and then said that they do not speak on anyone else's phone unless it is them making the call. They called the customer back who sent us to the bank, after speaking to their customer they told me that they had a change of heart and would now cash the check because their customer approved it. After looking at the check and the id again, they said, oh, now we are not able to cash the check because your sister's id is expired. I told the manager and the Chinese lady my mom had passed suddenly and I did not know the id was expired but if their customer authorized the release of the funds to us and it was his money, surely they should cash the check, they said sorry, we cannot cash the check. Netherless to say I am letting their bank customer know what a rude, snide, uncaring bunch of folks he's placed his money with, hopefully he will withdraw all of his cash from their as this kind has no human compassion and absolutely no people skills. I did however noticed that older people coming in with lots of money were getting A+ treatment and suddenly the tellers that were closed were now open. Save yourself if you want a decent bank that cares and will help you or any one you send there, do not go to this bank.....RUN, they are NOT worth it!
