  I like the smaller bank experience. You really get to know the people that work there. I've had such good experience with the Bank Of Missouri. The employees are friendly; like family, and they are very qualified and do a great job on any issue that I inquire about or need help with.

  I became a Guardian of two Grandchildren and was required by the Missouri Court to place their Estate money into restricted accounts in a bank in Missouri even though I lived in California.The Bank of Missouri stepped up to assist me in establishing the required accounts. They also provided required documentation each year to meet Court requirements. The Bank of Missouri personnel I have contacted, for help and support over the years, have been knowledgeable, professional and friendly in their interactions with and for me.

  BEST group of bankers I've ever worked with. It's just a pleasure to walk into the bank and be greeted at the door and truely feel welcome. Mary Ropp and Nikki Burton specifically are the best at what the do. I love going to bank to see their smiling faces and take care of my business. Their professionalism and expertise is unmatched in Columbia. I can call (even text) both of them practically anytime if I need something for my personal accounts or business accounts. They have my business and I'd highly recommend you consider you choose the Bank of Missouri too!!!

  Awful banking and business practices. They will randomly decline checks for no valid reason! My employer is owner of a small local company and our companies banking services are through Bank of Missouri. Not only do they complain that the bank is unfriendly and uncooperative they have made terrible errors such as randomly flagging one of my checks as bad a week after deposit! My paycheck being returned! As I said we are a small business, this is my personal account over drawn for over a week now on a personal bank error they have yet to even bother to fix! This is an awful bank!!
