  This is a wonderful bank with exceptional customer service. There is always a person to speak with on the phone or in person at the bank. Everyone is very knowledgeable and even if they need to get more information regarding an inquiry, they have always followed up with us in a timely manner. For online banking they have a very easy to navigate and straight forward website and services. We like having an actual physical bank to goto and take care of things in person. Their rates are competitive and FDIC insured, we've dealt with larger national banks but they seemed disorganized and spent more time passing on issues from one employee to another vs resolving even simple things for customers. Highly recommend them for banking and other financial services because of the personal care and fantastic customer service from their staff.

  The bank of Glen Burnie has serviced my family for about 30 yrs. We haven't ever had any problems with our dealings here. They have great managers and tellers. It is definetly a great experiece where they actually care about you. I would refer anyone to bank here and I have. The proof is in the pudding. All around great bank.   I have been a customer of the Bank of Glen Burnie (Stevenson Road) for over forty years. Their attention to detail and caring manner in all aspects of banking is superb. The staff not only know their customers, they care about their needs and their lives. You couldn't ask for a better neighborhood bank. They are awesome!

  I have been a customer with TBOGB since I was about 10 years old. When I moved to Millersville in the mid 90's, I started using the New Cut Road location. Debbie, Sherry, Tabatha and others are always helpful and courteous. Debbie and Sherry have assisted me and my family members over the years with Home Equity Loan, Estate Planning, Notary, Cashier Checks on demand, and various other Personal and Business and online banking needs. I know some people find their security measures a little much but banking fraud is on the rise and debit cards are tied to our checking account where most people have their pay checks going direct deposit. So, I don't mind a brief personal call in the middle of my day with a question about whether a charge coming through my account is legit or not. They are looking out for my business and my family’s financial protection and security. I have had accounts at other banks where you are just a number. I prefer the personalized customer care and interest that my local Bank of Glen Burnie provides.

  My entire family has been dealing with the BOG since they opened. My Great Grandmother opened an account there when they opened, her daughter(my grandmother) had accounts, my mother has an account, I have had an account with BOG since I was 14 years old, I am now 46. My daughter has an account with BOG, this makes 4 generations with the BOG. My aunts, uncles, cousins still do their banking with BOG. The New Cut Road location has been the BEST thus far, I have roots with BOG and made a NEW FAMILY with all the current employees. I care for each one of them as if they were related. Well they are to me. This Branch takes interest in my family as well as I take interest in theirs. I WILL ALWAYS BE A PART OF THE BOG FAMILY.

  I've been dealing with Bank of Glen Burnie for 40 years and have never had an issue with them or anybody that works for the bank. Sherry from the Severn branch is always there to help me when I have a problem. She has pulled me out of a few jams that I've gotten myself into.
