  The worst customer service experience at Bank of America . I came to make some cashiers check and the teller was very rude. Clearly, you can tell she did not want to work today. I was offended on how she shouted out the amount on the checks so everyone in line can hear it. No consideration for any privacy. Very very worst customer service. I was really disappointed in the service that I received that day. I’m not sure if he was the manager, but clearly he did not say anything to her. He just let her be. I guess that is the way they want to be treated if they were the customer.

  I came here to deposit some cash today (Saturday) at 9:30 am. The lady with glasses, black hair started with a “what do you need as soon as I stepped in” no “hello how can I help you”. I know how this works cause I work in customer service as well. I told her I needed to deposit some cask and she told me to complete the slip. I did not know how much money exactly I had because it was my tip money. I understand they need to know. I told her I have an estimate and she refused to help me. She said “I can’t help you” and left it at that. I’ve been in different branches of BoFA and I’ve never had an issue. They usually just ask how much money I think I have (an estimate) and they count it in the machine for me. The ladies are always super nice but she clearly had a problem with me. Worst customer service I’ve had.

  Dropped off some deposits for my work 02/12/19 around 1230pm. Decide to walk in instead of using the drop box because we needed change. Staff was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to help me. I usually do not write reviews but was very upset with how they handled business. I also observed the other teller while i was being helped and she was not very friendly with the other people that came in. Next time, I will be speaking with a manager because when i returned to work, i wad told by multiple employees who stated they are always rude.

  Literally walked in and there was two people in front of me to be seen, another lady walks in and she gets seen right away! I’ve been here for about an hour and i still haven’t been seen!!!! I’m here to get a temporary bank card, this is ridiculous i will never ever come to this bank ever again. The staff seem to be very rude and don’t even greet you everyone is just worried about leaving

  Two tellers on a Wednesday! This is the best run Bank of America that I have been in! The other two local banks of the same name always have one teller and even on a Friday.

  Unfortunately, I made an appointment because supposedly there is someone who speaks Spanish to help me and who, on the contrary, did not know what he was doing, starts texting, is very distracted and said that he would call me the next day to solve the problem and not did.
