  My husband and I worked with Alex Khojainov to refi our home's VA loan. From beginning to end, I have to say that Alex was very responsive. He at some point I'm sure felt very stressed, because Freedom Mortgage had an overwhelming amount of people trying to refinance, so it took over 2 months to refinance. Through it all, he kept us in the loop to reassure us he would be with us until the end. I would recommend Alex for your refinancing needs.

  I worked with Alex for a VA IRRRL re-fi. 2.25% with no points it was a great rate. The lender on the other hand was terribly slow, it took 2.5 months from start to finish on a streamlined re-fi but that's not Alex's fault.

  Scam and constant harrassment. Wont stop mailing me about a refinance, and it hasnt even been 210 days.. I will not do a VA refinance with this company....
