  I tried contacting USAA to help me with my VA loan, and they told me I had to come up with over $10,000. That was not an option for me, and I was tired of paying rent (someone elses mortgage). Liz Andrews came to my rescue, and got me into an amazing home. It was my forst time buying a home, and I k ew nothing about the process or what needed to be done. Liz made the whole process a breeze! She gave me the paperwork I needed, explained what she was doing behind the scenes, and got me into my house without any hassels. People have talked about how hard or hectic their home buying experinces have been, and I simply laugh because thanks to Liz it was a fun and exciting experince. Thank you to the Andrew's team for helping me make my dream come true.

  We would highly recommend The Andrews Team. We were in a unique situation and thought we would not be able to buy in this valley or qualify for any assistance programs but we were wrong! It never hurts to call and see what your options are. Liz was dedicated to making our goal happen, she was very friendly, honest, and professional!

  The home buying experience can be very confusing, stressful and of course exciting. Even through it was my mother helping me from All Western Mortgage, i felt that i was in great hands. Being a first time buyer had me very nerve racking and stressed out. At the end of the day, I fully understood what I was doing and felt comfortable buying my first home and would not go to any other company.
