  I love TFCU in general I have been a member for many years and TFCU has always been there for all my financial needs. This branch in particular, I really like the member service they provide, employees always go out of their way to help me. The branch it self is really close to the freeway and that makes very accessible to anyone needing to stop by and continue with their day. Thanks for everything TFCU. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  What comes to mind when I think of TFCU is Family and Trust! We have been members for over 10 years and love the way we are treated each time we come here ! Excellent service and they always make you feel at home ! This is our favorite location and plan on staying here as long as possible ! Great work family see you soon ! We have so much trust in this bank that we have never had one issue and if anything does happen we know we are in great hands !

  This is the worst bank I've ever been to. I no longer live in El Paso and I've spent hours with them over the phone just to fix what should have been simple issues such as automatic payments. They're ignorant and rude. I've spoken to janvier ruvalcabra who was the manager who hung up on me after I asked him to look over the contract after he threatened to transfer me to the collections department because they charged me 2 times for my car payment in one day. Amanda Luhan is the one who sent me the document to get signed. If there was an issue and both payments were going to be taken out simultaneously, I would have left that payment alone. She told me only 150 was going to be taken out instead, they drained my account by taking an additional 319 on top of the 150. I have 30$ in my account. They refuse to refund me money to my navy fed account and only offered to refund my money to my savings, to which I have no access and to which I cannot transfer my money back to my navy fed. Overall I've spent at LEAST 48 hours on hold or on the phone with them, fixing various issues. Today alone, I've been on the phone with them for two hours, no exaggeration. Do yourself a favor, dont bank here. Bank with Navy Fed

  I came in today to make a deposit, but unfortunately with the construction going on my pickup wouldn't fit through the drive thru. I proceeded to make my way inside the physical building but they locked the doors on me and said they were closed now. The man who came out was very rude, and there was also a lady there and he proceeded to treat her extremely badly. I am immediately closing my account at TFCU and am never going back to the bank. Horrible customer service and awful hours. This is not my first bad experience at the credit union.

  Atm never works. I work nights so every withdrawl and deposit is done at night. The app almost never loads and isnt up to date with purchases takes up to 3 days to load any purchases onto your history. I cant deposit when i need to. I cant withdrawl at all on the weekends. Only benefit is payday is Thursday.. But that isnt enough to stay. Going back to my other bank. Their call system is ridiculous and outdated. You cant reach anyone your supposed to talk to... And you cant be transferred you have to call back and go through it all over again. Outdated bank.

  I've always had fast friendly service here. I've had to wait in a line before but that's what a line is.wait your turn!! Their also very polite and patient with elderly folks and that's really. Rare these days
