Michelle Walter1Would give -0 stars if I could. Worst customer experience of my life. I had a fraud incident occur to me back in August 2021. I’ve called them about 20 times, no joke, about the same fraud incident. It is now February 2022 and still no resolution or update given to me. I even went in person to the bank to speak with a rep and she told me she would email me with an update - nothing, no call even. When I do call First Light, and explain the situation yet again, the rep doesn’t give me an answer either. I seriously am so frustrated at this point. I just want my money back. I was told in August that I would receive provincial credits, but that never happened. This bank lies and steals, avoid at ALL costs. They said they would do an investigation that should not exceed 90 days. HELLO? Where’s the communication? I have to bend over backwards just to try to get money back that was STOLEN from me. It’s completely illegal what they are doing and if you look at previous reviews, I’m not the only one. Absolutely pathetic “bank”.

Mack Ramirez1This bank is not professional and has clerks and management that delay when you dispute charges on your debit card. I went in person and placed a dispute on a few charges and they did not follow through with the dispute. At the end I had to pay the overdraft fees and my account was closed because manager did not do her job

Salvador Ramirez1Its useless tht they r open. The oy have 3 employees working for new accounts and then u still have to make an appointment. They have extra 9 offices tht r not open here. Waist of my time. Its not like the old days where you walk in and they are nice to help you. Dont waste your time on opening and account here !!!!

Mr. Moto1Hi I’d like to report an assault. As in your ATMs machines seriously screw up my checks, they get crippled and then the machine won’t take it. Stevie Wonder could read a check better than these ATM machines. Like seriously, the check was flatter than Paris Hilton’s chest and straighter than Steve Dhal and it keeps spitting it back out every time. Never have I ever had so much back talk from an ATM machine before.

Leigh Narkunas1Don't waste your time here trying to apply for a loan, even if it's a small one. If you are going through a hard time but have a decent credit score and consistent track record for employment they won't make any exceptions, even for Covid-19. I thought that we could have a chance at getting help but just like all the other banks they must only care about you if you have a sizeable bank account.

Klaus1I had the worst experience in my life with this bank. I live in Germany and I have to manage my mothers account from here, having a Power of attorney. They blocked urgent transfers and wouldn´t tell me the reason why. I´ve spent days to talk to the service, they are just useless. Now they promised me to send an E-Mail yesterday...nothing happened. Their incompetence is going to cost me a lot of money!!! I can NOT recommend this bank at all.

Manny Manzanares1If you are are a small business owner and need to have a check cashed( given to you by one of your customers) from this bank, do not go there. I had all the proper documentation Assumed Name Certificate, issued by the county of El Paso linking my name to the business, driver's license all current. Still they simply refused to issue a certified cashier's check or cash without any logical explanation. Small businesses sometimes need immediate funds.

Terry Mills1After over twenty years i have finally had enough. My credit isnt great but i have only one loan from first light. Starting this year first light is charging for notary. I was told i can close a CD in chat. I went to close CD and i was told i couldnt bc my saving account was dormant. This was after i have opened accounts with my sons created a CD, replaced a debit card and withdrew and deposited money with the tellers and no one updated my account in 8 yrs. I would not recommend First Light to anyone.
