Texas Trust Credit Union Reviews

Donna Sanchez4I love the fact that Qual Trust has merged with Texas Trust. Friendlier employees, love the new bank app, and the fact that you don't have to wait for your bank card in the mail, your able to pick one up inside any branch. The only thing I miss is The old branch hours because I and a lot of others were able to go through tellers at 6 or 7am before going to work and now the new hours for tellers open at 8am. This is however and inconvenience for a lot of us....... Over all I give it a 4 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟...
Response from the ownerThank you for your review, Donna. We appreciate you taking the time to give us some great feedback. We will definitely share it with our team. Thanks for being a member!

M Renfro2Applied for an auto loan sometime back, of course it was declined due to some issues my credit has had with fraud. But instead of anyone taking the time out to call me or respond to my email, they decided to say nothing, then there cards (debit or credit) are notorious for being compromised. I haven't pulled out of the credit union yet but I need to asap. The reason for the 2nd star the staff inside the loop 306 branch is respectful bUT the staff at the other branch are a joke. Wow then I email the VP Brett he replies with "thanks" no sympathy whatsoever, not a care in the world just another number...

A.j Zubia1By far worst union to deal with. Fees for everything not to mention how far behind they're in the modern world technology wise. Unless willing to go in person for everything there is nothing convenient about it.
