They are very knowledgeable, and kept us well informed during every step of our mortgage loan process. Early on in the process, Kelly suggested some ways we might increase our [already excellent] credit scores, to enable us to get the best rate possible come loan time, and I believe it did help. All of our documentation was all submitted "online" via the web, and most documents were signed "electronically" via their secure site, so it all couldn't have been easier.
