Texas Trust Credit Union Reviews

Brad Poston1Predatory practices, especially around fees. Will opt you in to allow you to overdraft your account and charge you $30 each time, then try to tell you that you should have known better or had your accountset up differently. Been a member for several years and will be closing my accounts and moving on. Edit to add, this is after already talking to your team, today. They removed only 3 of the 8 fees charged to me (most of the transactions were small, everyday purchases). Also, I have to make a trip out of my way to deposit money to prevent additional fees on pending transactions since they won't take care of it without charging another fee.

Misty Meyer5We have been going through the worst car buying experience. Through the four days of complete chaos this bank specifically Brandon from the Hurst location and Pat from the Grand Prairie location have in contact with us and gone above and beyond. This is not your average credit union. These people really do care I don't believe I will ever be able to express my gratitude fully. Thank you for being so great!
Response from the ownerThank you for the kind words, Misty! We are so glad that Brandon and Pat have been able to give you a great experience. Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback--we appreciate you!

Ryan Bridges2I went to make a payment on my auto loan. I was out of checks so I asked if I could pay with my debit card. After the regular AHC debit went through the bank then charged me a $20 cash advance fee. When asked about it the teller tried to say it was my bank that had done it, which was false as my bank confirmed the charge was initiated by Texas Trust, and promptly refunded the money. If I didn't have to use Texas Trust I wouldn't!
Response from the ownerWe're sorry that we didn't deliver 5-star service on this encounter, Ryan. This review will be forwarded to our leadership team; thank you for your feedback. We rely on members sharing their stories so we can create a better experience for all.
