Chris Shields1They literally charge you for EVERYTHING!!! Overdraft, they automatically charge you $29. Most financial institutions charge an overdraft fee 6pm that day. TTCU will charge you right away. You'll have to wait until 8am for direct deposit. You pay TTCU to use any ATM that's not thiers... STAY FAR AWAY, if could give zero stars I would. They need to be investigated for a class action lawsuits!!!

Cheyenne Keller1I wish I could give it a zero. They use to open at 8 and for myself it was easy to help my grandma out by stopping before work and getting money for her. Now I have to be late to work. I hope this bank really works out better hours to make it convenient for existing and potential vustomers. My personal bank opens at 7:30 am and it's not even a big name corporation. I wouldn't put my hard earned money in a bank I couldn't access. This is the reason I do not do business with Texas Trust.
Response from the ownerHello, Cheyenne. We're sorry to hear that the 9 AM lobby hours aren't favorable for you. We just wanted to also remind you that our drive-thru opens at 8 AM--hopefully this helps with getting you on your way to work in a timely manner. We appreciate taking the time to leave your feedback and thank you for your membership.

amanda snow2I had a family member pass away that used this bank, when I went in to talk to them about his account they were rude unprofessional and offered no assistance. I was told by the 800# to bring in a copy of his death certificate and they would be able to cut money orders to pay his bills according to the bank mgr the 800# was wrong. When I went in to show them the certificate they put a hold on his account till a judge could sign an order, I did not have the money to pay his bills much less an attorney. I had till 6pm to pay his rent or get everything of his out of his house. He only has 1 living relative and that is my dad, and just over 1000.00 in the bank. They did not even offer their condolences to my dad for his loss. I will never use them or recommend them.
Response from the ownerWe are so sorry to hear about your disappointing experience, Amanda. Please accept our sincerest sympathies for the loss of your family member and our apologies for this incident.

Brad Rogers1Poor customer service and not staffing people that are capable of depositing a ~$25k check from a major financial institution. I left the check with nothing to show for it because I was told no one there could authorize a check that large. I didn't want any cash back and I had well over that already in the account. Thankfully I rarely ever have to call or visit physically.

Chris Jackson2Their customer service is not that good.
