Molly4Everyone who works here is always super nice and incredibly patient. They do however always seem to be a little understaffed so the line often tends to take a while. We've ran into a few problems using this bank but they've always been graciously resolved and not a big deal. All around good people working here, just wish they would have more people working or be a little more efficient!
Response from the ownerHello Molly, Thank you for being a valued Bank of America customer. We appreciate the positive review about your experience. ^Annette

Marks Fishing1I have had an account here for several years, I keep getting random fees and charges pop up on my bill with no explanation. Honestly I feel like bank of america is scamming me and when I go up there to demand they fix it they humbly refund my money and say sorry. Why would they charge me like this in error every few months? Biggest scam ever good bye b of a.

adrian caraveo1On August 1 and I went to this location to withdraw money from an ATM. Unfortunately the ATM took my card and didn’t want to give it back. So I called Bank Of Amarica and informed him of the situation of their ATM machine taking my debit card. First they issued a new credit card that takes 4 to 6 days to receive. And helped me make a virtual debit card but unfortunately they could not give me the information off the new card since they apparently don’t no that information until me the customer receives the new debit card. So the debit card was shipped out on third sense there is no service on the weekends. So now I am backed up on my bills unable to withdraw funds from my account I’ll because of this incident of the ATM taking my card and not giving it back. So today 5 August I called to see if I get an update on my card. And also to call and speak to a manager to see if they were equipped to help me with this situation that happened at their Bank location. The manager which his name was Devonte’ acted like he didn’t care about my situation. He stated that he could not help me in my situation. Therefore what I am going to do is just withdraw all my Funds and go with a different bank now hopefullyCares enough to help me in a tragic situation like this not Having a way to access your funds is completely terrible I will never recommend make America to anybody because unfortunately they are a terrible terrible company.

Lars B5After having repeated bad experiences at the Bowen rd. Location I started going to this branch. It’s further from me but worth the time. I’ve had Nothing but good experiences at this one. It’s the bank - I’m not one of the people coming in to share pictures of my grandchildren, I just want to have my transactions and leave. All the employees have been pleasant, Venus is especially great... thanks for your service.

Charles Coppedge1Always a hassle to cash a check if You don't have an account there. 2 forms of identification doesn't mean that they'll accept them, even if You ask them to call their customer that wrote You the check. The tellers have started to recognize me because one out of 4 people that write me a check to work for them bank here. Therefore, as a contractor, I'm here at this one branch atleast once a month. They always advise me to open an account rather than pay their "check cashing fee" for non-customers. I'm not interested because I already have a TEXAS OWNED bank that I reward with my business because of their superior customer service. It's a 30 minute ordeal most everytime at this location. I've started adding $30 to my bill for anyone that tries to hand me a bank of America check. I will say this, the tellers are getting nicer to me and it was only twenty minutes these last two times out of 11 years of coming here.

Emily Hale5I had a really great experience here. Huy (I think he goes by Wee) was super helpful and personable. He made the everything really simple. The manager Christina was also very attentive and kind. We've been with this bank a really long time and positive experiences like this are why

James Farrell1This is the WORST branch of any bank I've been to. Every time i come there's one teller window open, multiple other employees walking aimlessly around, and a long line. Its a minimum 30 minutes EVERY visit for simple transactions that would take 5 minutes anywhere else.

Haley Wilson1Everytime I come to make a deposit I wait at least thirty minutes. They only have two tellers on the teller line on a Saturday. Also, their drive thru is closed on Saturday's. There are eleven client's in line and one of the two tellers has stepped of the teller line to discuss a problem with the manager, leaving only one teller to help client's in line. This is the worst experience I have every had at this bank to date.

Allan Sather5Applied for my first credit card here. James answered every question I had in full detail, most of the time before I even asked. He went above and beyond to list every way to help my credit while avoiding interest. James took the time to advise me of saving options I was unaware of. Hardly anyone had to wait long for service.
