      This bank is not being managed, getting an ATM that works is a crapshoot. Not even the ATM on the inside works! And you can’t even get anybody on the phone to complain! I think it’s time to change banks!! The Voice message hangs up on you!

      No one greets you in the lobby, service is hit or miss once you get a banker to speak with you. Only one ATM is working most of the time, causing a line to deposit cash inside. Drive thru is very slow, even with only 2 cars ahead of you. No winning with service at this Chase branch.

      More unbelievable feedback : As I previously mentioned that after a banker at this location told me it would take 1.5hrs to open a checking account and therefore I have to make an appt for another day and he went back to play with his mobile phone to watch videos while i am calling the same branch to make an appointment and no one was answering. Well, here is what happened today at another branch. I timed how long it would take to open an account and it only took 30min... The work ethics are so questionable that these guys need to be fired. And we are supposed to trust them with our money? give me a break. Deposit your money at your own risk. Don't trust an institution that has zero work ethics. Bankers are sitting in their offices and telling everyone that they are fully booked for the day and we have to make appointments. He asked me to call to make an appointment. I called the same branch and no one answered. I did this while I was still in the lobby. Then I asked why no one is answering the phone and he said they don’t have anyone to answer the phone and asked me to call other branches nearby. So I watched him for an hour while calling other branches and he did absolutely nothing for 40min. Just busy on his phone.

      They will never fight for you, so never get your credit card stolen! At first they told me "Don't worry you are not responsible for someone else abusing your credit card". Three months later they send me a letter saying that Im responsible for the charges. Ive been fighting for 5 months now, at the time I filed a police report. The detective never gets back to me because I dont have evidence except for the charges on the card. So now I have to do detective work myself and go to Burlington, so that hopefully I wont have to pay the $700 out of pocket. The credit card activation is a joke, they dont verify your identity at all, just ask for the numbers on your card. And then when I try to speak to the fraud department they ask me the craziest questions and treat me as if I am a fraud. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE.

      I went in this past Saturday morning for an appointment. Mr. Valencia greeted me right away, and he helped me through the entire process. This branch is very professional and friendly.

      Terrible branch of an already awful bank. Went in to report fraud on my account and was told I’d have to wait till it was posted and that it would just be a few taps on the app. I’ve been out $100 for the last 3 days and now I have been on the phone with claims for over an hour and it still isn’t resolved. They are processing this as a fraud charge now so based on the info I gave the banker he should’ve cancelled my card then and there to prevent further fraud. Finding a local credit union I can trust right now because we don’t need to wait around for chase to fail AGAIN and have the taxpayers bail them out.. AGAIN.

      I visited on 08/04/21 and Shawda was very customer oriented, detailed, and prompt. She greeted me with such warmth and helped make the transaction smoother than expected. Shawda implemented great customer service and went above and beyond to help me. Shawda- Congrats on being awesome at what you do for the Chase Bank on Little Road. I hope they read this and acknowledge your attributes to the company.

      Yvette is the best banker at this branch. She treats you like royalty when you bank with her at chase. She went above and beyond for my family and I during this process of us buying a house. I recommend when you bank at this go right to her. They need to promote her to run this branch because she gives the best customer service. I wish all bankers were like her.

      Absolutely the worst place. Day one, walk in with brother to open an account. We got snubbed off before we even got all the way into the bank. The said they weren’t going to accept anymore walk ins although they were an hour and half from closing. Next visit, went to withdraw money before I leave Texas. No walk up ATM, and BOTH of the drive up ATM are lit green but once you pull up they both say unable to dispense cash or accept deposits.
