Randall McGuire125 year customer. Joined them when they were AT&T Federal Credit Union. They lost my business today 3/16/18 at 5pm and 56 seconds. Trying to get there in time to deposit my paycheck before they closed at 5. I called at 4:58pm still two intersections away and aware I might not make it there by 5. I told the young lady that answered the phone I was two minutes away and wanted to deposit my paycheck. She only offered that I could mobile deposit via Sprig. I told her I wasn't calling to see what my options were on depositing my check when I had driven an hour to get there and could see the CU from the traffic light I was at. I was almost there and just needed to make them aware I may be a minute later than closing time. She said we close at 5. I pulled in the parking lot 56 seconds after 5 by my watch. A lady walked in about 30 seconds before I pulled in. When I walked up however the door had been locked. And THAT is how you lose 25 years of loyal banking. Bye Felicia!!!

Darren Wilson5I've been with them over 30 years. Then, they were texas and Pacific railroad credit union. I could walk in and everyone knew you by name. Over the years they have grown and you lose some of that personal relationship, but they still are super nice and friendly. I live 80 miles away now, but still bank with them online and always will unless they make a major change.

Justin Owen5My family has been with textelcu for a few years now and have never had an unpleasant experience. Anytime we've needed a loan on a car, paid off a loan, or opened a new loan they have been extremely easy to deal with and very quick!

Andres McMillan1I used to have a checking account with this credit union a couple of years ago. I decided to close my account because it wasn’t the right fit for me. Fast forward to today, I haven’t been able to open a bank account and I had no clue why.. my credit reports didn’t have anything bad on them so I didn’t know until I was told that banks use a system called chexsystems. So I got my report from chexsystems and ttcu reported to them that I owed $375. I am furious about the situation because I closed my account at a $0 balance. So I called and they are telling me they can’t even find a record of me having an account and they can’t do anything until they do more research. Seriously? How incompetent and behind time is your system where you can’t see a customer from only a couple of years ago. DO NOT BANK HERE OR HAVE ANY BUSINESS DONE HERE. You will only regret it and it’s not worth the trouble or stress!

Brian Hensley1I feel like I’m back in the 80s because their systems in place do not work properly I have been late on payments that I would’ve normally not been late on and when you’re late They (Sharyn) is Oh so happy to report to the credit bureau’s even after she said if it was there mistake we would help There online apps need some major attention stay away from this place
