  I went for a loan and the person who helped me with all the questions was. I am so satisfied and glad that oportun has someone like that is respectful and that does his job right, not only that but he seems to care a lot about his clients and wants the best for us. I recommend y’all to go and talk to for any loan.

  David, helped me get my loan even tho they were closed, he still helped me. Loved the customer service that they provided and made it a quick process and picked up my check the next morning for Iris; also very energetic early this morning Lol. Overall I would recommend this location to everyone. Thank You

  Great customer service the workers are willing to go out of their way to help. David especially was very friendly and provided in depth details about the loans which gave me a clear understanding. Will definitely be going back again!

  Great place with great customer service. I met with David, who was greatly helpful to my Spanish-speaking parents and myself. Everyone at the office was courteous and friendly. We’ll be back!

  I have had a loan at oportun before. It's always easy and fast. I went into the Gus thomasson location yesterday and Iris was so helpful. She went above and beyond to do everything she could to help me get my loan. Thank you so much. I highly recommend going here.

  I went there a couple of days ago to get a loan even though I wasn't approved I definitely liked the way the staff sympathized and offered me a credit repair option.. I didn't feel judged at all they're really professional with how they handle rejections.

  The most polite people I encountered. Iris was helpful in helping me in the application process. Very professional in explaining the denial and what I needed to do to get further information.
