  Samantha Del Bosque is very good, at her job, she was fast and efficient with my vehicle loan application. She is very pleasant and helpful, and my transaction went flawlessly. I would recommend her to anyone, wanting a loan. When i need further assistance, I will not hesitate to call upon her. The only thing I can say is, she deserves a raise! :)

  Ashley who works at the mortgage service center is polite, prompt and professional. I had a very frustrating situation and she handled it for me right away without delay and was pleasant throughout. City Credit Union is lucky to have her as an ambassador of the CU and members benefit from her proactive nature. THANK YOU ASHLEY!!

  Well it took two weeks, but finally this bank was able to match the low rate a competitor gave me on an auto loan. I believe the management requested too much from the customer and the loan officer. I believe the management forgot the value of trusting workers and long standing customers. I wish this loan officer as well as others had more lead way match rates faster against the competition. I finally closed my loan in Waxahachie at the credit union.

  I have been trying to get my car refinanced for the last two months, Sergio Martinez has been great up until the two month mark. I’ve heard zero communication from his side, I’ve called and called and called for an update but I’ve received nothing. I left voicemails and sent emails to try and get ahold of him but still nothing! Now I’m resorting to calling the actual office to see if I can get someone else whose more attentive and helpful to refinance my car. I was referred by two people to MyCityCU and I thought it was great but now I’m starting to change my mind.

  This was the most professional, courteous, responsive Credit Union or Bank that I have ever worked with. Sarah Daughtry was on top of knowing what was required and responding. She made sure to keep in contact with me throughout the entire process. Great interest rates and great service. This is really what it means to have a local financial institution treat the customers with respect and acknowledge their issues are important. I am more than happy and pleased with the entire process from start through the finish.
