  Texas Security Bank is the best bank for small business! The staff and employees are sincere, friendly, personable and caring. They go the extra mile to help and it shows in their actions. Again & Again has been with the Turtle Creek branch for 4 years and we think they are the BEST! Highly Recommended!

  I have been with TSB since they opened and cannot imagine banking anywhere else! This is a bank that knows who you are...even the little guy like me. In this day and age that is almost unheard of and very much appreciated! Over the years I have had several mishaps and overlooked some things and the bank's service has been exceptional. Once I was overseas and had someone steal my debit card information. I've been on the way to the airport and forgotten to set a travel notice (more than once). I've had funds removed from my account (that I did not receive) by a foreign ATM. I have received personal phone calls when something didn't seem right with my account, and more. Friendly and efficient help has always been just a phone call, online chat, or email away and without a frustrating phone tree to get through to the right department or person. I highly recommend Texas Security Bank and hope that the things that set them apart from other banks will never change!

  Our firm had been banking at a large bank in Dallas. Over a period of probably nine years, we had run literally millions upon millions of dollars through the bank. When we needed them, we were treated as if we were deadbeats and 3rd rate customers. Mind you, we had millions in certificate of deposits and company and partner's funds in that bank making virtually zero interest. Texas Security approached our firm, unsolicited by us, and laid out a game plan how to not only serve our banking needs but do all they could to be our baking partner. In our time with Texas Security Bank, we have been very pleased. We see their response as one that is personal, meaningful, meant, and deliberate not a "have to " response as we had gotten form the previous bank. For a small firm like ours or any firm tired of depositing funds in a bank who expects you to kiss their golden ring, seek out Texas Security and let them help you make better baking decisions. I rarely give endorsements but felt this was warranted.

  Recently Started a business and needed to set up business accounts upon hiring my first employee. Called a huge bank first, assuming I'd get a rep with enough experience to answer extremely basic questions to see what kind of accounts I needed (because I had no experience in this field). Their inability to answer a single one of my questions was astonishing to me. Fast forward to calling TSB. I don't think there was any question I asked (no matter how simple or dumbed-down) that I didn't get a quick and satisfactory answer for. I'll let you guess where my accounts are ;).

  Great place. I got a 15 year loan at under 3% interest. Closing costs were the best around. I did a lot of shopping ahead of time. Barbara, my loan officer, was friendly, informative and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

  TSB staff consistently provides fast service and the tellers are very courteous. I would love a branch in Rockwall, other than that, I highly recommend them.

  This bank really gets it. I do 90% of my banking online anywhere anytime. When I do need bank service like vault service the attention and professionalism is much appreciated.
