  As a first time home buyer i am so thankful i had Beam Mortgage team. They were very courteous and answered all my questions. I was able to close on time and received a very low rate and paid very minimum closing cost. I like how they made it less stressful and closed on time. Thank you for your hard work and excellent service i will sure return for my refinance if the rates lower further.

  I just had to find Beam mortgage on google and give them a review. I really would like to thank the manager Stanley and the processor Shamani. These two worked very hard to get us approved for our home loan and we were approved in less than 45 days being that our case was a little bit more unique than others. They were always there to answer all our questions and always had an upbeat attitude. I also worked along with a Realtor by the name of Bob Smith of smith and associates (He works along with Beam mortgage) . He also worked very hard in finding us the perfect home while educating us throughout the process. I really appreciate this company. I am telling you guys work with NO ONE ELSE BUT THE COMPANY and BOB SMITH if you want a quick and easy process. I do not know how to put it words on how I really thank them for getting us into our first home. Thank you guys! God Bless!

  I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Beam Mortgage to anyone. Though I was a first-time home buyer, Beam Mortgage team "Stanley" and "Shamini" did a great job of closing out the loan process well in advance and they explained me throughout the process. "Shamini Alphonse" always answered to my questions and we can surely trust this team and company. I already recommended Beam Mortgage to my friends as my friend only referred this company to me. I did not see any hidden charges or difference in Loan Origination's fee at the closing time. I loved it and highly recommend this company to anyone!

  We just closed our loan today and the service provided by Beam mortgage (Stanley and Roshin) was excellent. This was an express closing and everything was done within 11 business days as they promised. We submitted our loan application on April 25th and everything were done by May 10 and closing on 13th. Really amazing service and commitment. They were prompt in responding to emails/calls and guided through the entire process in detail. I am a first time home buyer and they were very patient in explaining every step and helping to get the closing done in such a short period of time. Keep up the good work and Thank you very much for the service.
