  We had attempted to purchase a home last summer but the deal fell through on appraisal results. Texas Secure Title had done all the necessary work with very little effort on our part. Sadly it was to no avail. Fast forward to March 19 this year when we made an offer on another home. Now, 29 days later we CLOSED on the deal. Everything went so smoothly! These folks are awesome!   Recently worked with Inika and this process couldn't be more seamless. She was very very helpful throughout the whole process and was very communicative. I was out of the country throughout the most of process, but she still kept me in the loop and resolved open items to move the process along. Her willingness to meet move the closing outside of her own area of DFW was very helpful as well. Will definitely recommend people to use Texas Secure Title, specifically working with Inika.

  Excellent people, very professional and most of all they did what they said they would do. It was a good and fast process. I would recommend them to everyone...much better than the "bigger companies". I was kept informed at all times as necessary. Great company and a pleasure.
