  Shane was a wonderful lender to work with, especially as someone who was a first time home buyer! I had tons of questions throughout the process and he was always available to answer them!   Working with Shane was priceless. This was our second home to ever purchase and we heavily relied on his expertise starting on day one. He ask what our price range was and immediately had us a pre-approval letter ready to go. This helped out tremendously as the market was hot this summer. As soon as we put a bid in, they ask for a pre-approval letter, and we already had one ready to go, thanks to Shane. Once the bid was accepted, Shane had everyrhing else ready to go to funding. We closed on the house quick and never had to worry about anything. The best part about working with Shane, from a Veterans standpoint, was the $0 dollar funding fee for Veterans. If your a Veteran looking to purchase a home, give Shane a call, you will be glad you did on closing day.
