Was told, that the scam finance company which won't release my title or tell me who the new lein holder is, that it was my fault for dealing with a small local car dealership rather than buying a car from "Honda" or a "big car dealer." What the heck? So companies which they regulate can do whatever illegal activities they choose, although the consumer is in the wrong for doing business with the finance company that the dealership uses🤷🏽‍♀️ even if the finance company isn't legit? Villanizing the victim by a Govt agency...crazy.

They do not give a flying flip about you. They're so rude and take forever to resolve an issue.

I have experienced misrepresentation, fraud, and deceptive practice on a business they regulate, but Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commission DID NOT protect me or resolve my complaint. Very disappointed with OCCC telling me to purse this issue further, I can consider discussing my rights with a private attorney.
