Applied for a loan about two months ago and two months later still have not received a response. Have called loan officer multiple times and not even a call back with any type of answer. Needless to say, never doing business with any texas national bank. Really unprofessional way to do business!

60 days I had this account. People there provide you with the wrong information. Misleading customers to open an account and keep them open. Adminstration is no better, you call them to complain and give them an opportunity to fix the issue instead they close your account. People have serious issues here with customer service.
