  Words can't even begin to explain how amazing Corina and Wendy are! They were always communicating with us, and made a not so typical property that we were taking a chance on, progress smoothly. They were patient with us in explaining things we didn't understand, and were with us every step of the way. They made a dream that we have had for 14 years a reality and I don't think anybody else could have done it! They know what they are doing, and they do it right. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed at all!!! If you want to buy your dream home, you need to get them on your side!!!

  My experience using Finance Home America with Houston Dunkin was AMAZING! The entire process was so easy and hassle-free, stress-free, just a walk in the park. Mr. Dunkin and his team guided me through the entire process. My interest rate is so low, it is literally unheard of when I compare with others that have purchased homes. I am a first time home buyer so I was not sure what to expect, I had already heard horror stories from friends and family about the stress of purchasing a home - but with Houston Dunkin and his team, my experience purchasing my first home was SUCH A BLESSING! I did not worry about anything. I highly, highly, can not stress this enough HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this lender! Do not go to another other office other than them, you will be SO GLAD you did!   My buyers saved $6000 on closing costs! The loan officer (Houston Duncan) was amazing and communicated at least once a day on the loan status. Best lender to date! I will be sending more buyers his way! :)

  There is nobody better at communication and speed, in the lending industry! Houston is truely hands on and highly efficient. .When other lenders are averageing 45 days Houston beats that by half 9 out 10 times.
