  Manager on duty was combative for no reason, he argued for everything. Everyone is under trained, the lady helping me knew nothing and needed help with everything and while I was leaving the 2 women in the back sent the wrong money to the wrong car and the customer just drove off.

  Hi Kris, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We do have one new employee in training at the location, so the other staff are asked to help as needed and things may take a little longer. We do appreciate your patience with that. We have also investigated and are certain that no customer drove off with the wrong transaction.   This is the slowest Texas First Bank ever. Waited for teller to do a cashiers check for over 20 minutes . Man in lane next to me has been in line for over 30 minutes and is taking all his money out of bank bc of taking so long.

  Our Representative, Amber, did a marvelous job presenting the benefits of choosing Texas First as our new banking system. My daughter and wife have transferred their accounts to Texas First as well. Quick, pleasant and accurate service. Highly recommend!

  Tyler Garrett and Dickey Campbell are the reason I write this, I have never experienced this type of fraud and terrible treatment by a bank or a banker. I avoid everything to leave bad reviews but I don't want this to happen to anyone else. DO NOT get a construction loan with them. We got a construction loan and the bank paid out the contractor after sending their inspector out to view the property, they paid out for Electrical, Plumbing and AC's that were ALL done out of code and without permits. Over 20k in work that had to be torn out and replaced. The bank allowed the contractor to continue to be paid out. They allowed money to be stolen and used for out of code work then refused to take any responsibility. We spent thousands fixing this work out of pocket, at the end of the day we had to pay and the bank didn't care. They allowed the contractor to extort us for more money to get a lien release signed. Tyler Garrett actually facilitated it. We called Dickey Campbell his boss to try to reason with him, he didn't care. I believe in doing right by people.

  We take claims like these very seriously. Our investigation into the matter found that there are no relationships whereby you are a party to any loan at TFB. In the case of all construction loans originated by TFB, the borrower selects the contractor, and reviews and approves all construction draws before the bank provides funding for those requests.
