  I had such a good experience using Gerry and his team several years ago with an FHA loan purchase that when I was in the market to purchase a second property recently, I immediately contacted Gerry without even considering other lenders. Gerry and his team are true professionals when it comes to navigating the various obstacles and pitfalls that can arise during the home buying process which resulted in another successful real estate transaction for me.   Gerry and Reggie walk you through the entire process slowly. They will answer your call at anytime of day. Very knowledgeable and polite. Understood we would have MANY questions and answered them all. I highly suggest them if you want buying a house to be very minimal stress.

  I highly recommend Gerry and his team! After speaking to several other lenders, we were left feeling confused and ill prepared. Gerry helped us get on track with everything we would need in order to qualify. This was our first time purchasing a home and he was there every step of the way to explain and answer all of our questions in a way that we fully understood.   My wife and I were looking for the best Texas FHA home loan company, and after qualifying several different companies, we decided to use Gerry. Throughout the process, from start to finish, Gerry and his team walked us through purchasing our first home. We initiated our loan process while RVing in WA state, and was able to easily communicate with each other. All in all, the process took about two months (including the time it took for us to pick our favorite house over a selection of ~60). Gerry, our main point of contact with this FHA loan company in Texas, was always full of energy, excitement, and positive emotions while talking to us. And if we ever had any questions, he would spend as much time as needed to enlighten us. After my experience with this company, I have become more aware of the process of buying a house, getting a loan, and what to expect. And because of the knowledge that we've gained in addition to the aforementioned benefits, we give this loan company 5 stars.
