Aaron Harris (stajh05)1I would give them -5 stars if I could. My bank got bought out and I tried to do a wire. Can't do it online and they messed up my information so i couldn't do it in person. They hold your money hostage, terrible employees and customer service.. After 15 years i am closing my account.

Cameron Bohac1Truist, BB&T or whoever they are now is the worst bank to go through. I got a loan through SunTrust and they were fantastic until they merged and that was awful, couldn’t ever get ahold with someone about switching info over and I’ve never missed a payment. Now they amped up my rate and payments. Screw them

Mohammed Shaheryar5As soon as I walked in greeted right away. And asked what I am help you with. I wanted to get some business accounts and personal info info. A banker by the name of Vanessa Sanchez asked me to wait for couple of min She was finishing up with a client. When she’s done she came and took me in her office and explained all of my questions and concerned. She went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this bank. All the Banks are the same but the people of makes it difference.

Twotone Lombox1Awful service. Will not help you. Had to go twice to get one thing done and they want me to make a third visit. They will not allow other bankers to assist once you started a simple process and have to continue with the same person. Had to take off work early twice to do one thing because they close at five and now I have to do it a third time .

Myjane Vo1Hours of operation wrong online, and I got there before they actually closed and they still didn't help me.

Jason Williams1This the banking experience I have ever had. There a banker by the name Vanessa Sanchez, that completely demoralized me. As a business owner looking to build a relationship with a though was going to be reputable bank she just started making derogatory about my race and dreams of operating my newly started business. I regret not reviewing these reviews before walking in there, I see why there are soo many 1 star reviews and the only 5 star review on here is by person name "Vanessa Sanchez". Go figure right ???. I really hope Truist Bank Corporate Headquarters reviews her and find grounds for termination. Her comments and behavior are having question if he operated by Fair Housing Act. #TruistBank
