  Very professional Jamie was on top of her game! Excellent customer service, professional appearance, & remained professional when dealing with a less than tactful customer. Love this new management. Would defiantly do business again and highly recommend them to anyone!!

  The manager, Jamie was outstanding! She knows her business and that is so reassuring. She explains things and doesn’t try to force you into something that would not be beneficial for you. I’m so glad I stopped in!

  The ladies in the office were very helpful with the type of loan I needed. The manager make my experience quick and easy. She completely the application over the phone so when I made it to the office I was in and out in 20 minutes.

  I am very speach less to what my experience was like today Jamie was very rude I went In today to cancel my title loan and I was charged a $33 dollar Lien fee and was told it takes from 4-6 weeks to get my title back on the cancellation part of my loan it states I had 3 day to cancel with no fees add I also requested all 3 of my recipes since I made 3 different payments and she denied me but my final receipt. And said my job isn’t like yours we do things differently here I not once compared my job with hers except for saying usually I received our titles within 2weeks only thing I have said, I would definitely not recommend this location
