  The ladies behind the counter are very open and friendly. They make you feel right at home and comfortable, and they're so helpful! They really helped me out when I hit a rough spot. Not to mention that we had each other all cracking up! Upon my first encounter with them, it felt like we weren't strangers at all. The world needs more customer service/support workers like the people who work here!

  I love the friendly employees that always have a smile on their faces. I also love the fact that they make me refinance (so I build my credit). These ladies make me feel amazing...right after they take all my dollars (so I build my credit). I will be referring all my peeps to Western Finance just like I've been doing!

  The ladies at the Cleburn store are Rude...wouldnt even tell me why my WIFE was denied. My wife would ask my wife questions for her application and she would ask me cuz it's my truck as far as gas and insurance, she said real ugly, it's ur loan not his u need to answer don't ask him..RUDE ASSES.

  Oh yes very friendly i owe i owe i owe and off to jail I go.... which is a tactic that is against the law I offered a little payment at a time but they refused to take it keep up the good work ladies
