  I want to thank Miss Janet for being a huge help for me! She went above and beyond than what she is supposed to. Originally, Miss Janet was helping me, but Justin took over, and he made me feel belittled. There was much confusion due to what Justin said were the requirements for a signature loan and what the company's website states. For a moment, I changed my mind about getting the loan, but Miss Janet gave me a call and told me she and the company want my business. She made me feel like she was really trying to help me out. In times like this, people like Miss Janet are true angels.

  Ms Daisy the manager must of been having a bad day today cause she sure was rude when I went in the store to ask her questions about my loan. I even have to ask her if she was Ok. Last time I went the district manager was there and she was all nice. I won't be coming to this location with this kind of customer service if she continues to treat the customers rudely.

  I truly enjoyed the excellent customer service that was provide by Anthony/Daisy over the phone and in person. They provided accurate information on each loan available. I enjoyed the interaction and that its was easy and fast on the paperwork

  The loan officers here are so helpful. They want to see you pay your loan off without hassle and are willing to help you whenever you need them. Ask for Daisy. She is so nice and courteous! Thanks Texas Car Title!

  Daisy is the best! With everything that is going on with this pandemic she was really sweet and helpful and got me what i needed ! I would really recommend this place if you need a loan 😊 and ask for Daisy Casas
