  The staff was amazing and the process was very simple. They took the time to make sure I knew what I was getting into before I signed anything. They were more then helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this place if you are needing to get a loan.

  I have been a customer for more than a year, and the service is always great. They are such a great help when I need the extra money. Crystal is always nice and professional and makes me feel so welcome to be there. And i would definitely recommend people to apply for a loan here.

  Elizabeth went above and beyond from start to finish! Anwsered all questions in depth, as well as helped out any and all ways she could! I greatly recommend to come see her and the store in san marcos!!

  These people are two faced liars. I applied for a title loan there and they asked for a bunch of personal references. I gave them phone numbers of my landlord and a few relatives. They said they tried the numbers but got no response and therefore they could not give me a loan. Fine. I wasn't too happy about it but "it is what it is". Unfortunately, I forgot to get my driver's license back from them. I got a call from them later saying they had my license and that they would like to discuss the loan. When, I went there to get my license back, another lady that worked there told me they could process the loan and that all they needed from me was a working phone number. I decided to take them up on there offer and returned a few days later. This time the lady I had spoken to originally said that they still needed those references! When people apply for pay day/ title loans it is often for emergencies (medical or otherwise) You are not obligated to approve the loans, but don’t play games with your customers!

  I was looking around the area for a place to get a payday loan, and this location was by far the best! Compared to other places the staff was extremely professional and friendly, and helped me better understand my options. If you’re ever in need of a payday loan or title loan, I’d highly recommend this location!
