  The people working here are very rude. I had been pre-approved for a loan through the call center and had spoken with Phoenix, the store manager (who was actually very nice) explaining several points in my application. She told me everything I told her (including splitting my bills in half and my short pay stub from having been sick the previous week) would cause no issue. When I arrived in store I was seen by a woman named D. Robles (I cannot remember her full first name). She at first was very short telling me she was on the phone and it could take a while when I sat in the waiting area, and when she did begin working with me, she asked me questions by calling from her desk while I was still in the waiting area, never inviting me to her consultation desk. When I told her I had spoken with Phoenix about the numbers, she snapped and said "Well, Phoenix isn't here, I am." Upon my insistence to try to change the false information on my application, she called another store's manager, not her own, and told him/her I was changing my story as issues came up. I then asked if I could call the call center back to get the issue resolved, and she laughed in my face and said I couldn't reach the call center unless I called her office and she didn't pick up the phone. She also claimed to be unaware of the (844) 4SUN-LOAN phone number which is posted on every page of the Sun Loan website, and is the number I called to complete my application. I was treated very rudely and as she continued to raise her voice with me about how this was my fault, I asked for my identification materials back and walked out, as she called "Have a nice day!" as the door closed. I will never use Sun Loan again and do not recommend even in a desperate situation visiting this location. There are many other privately owned loan agencies that treat their customers with respect.
