      Such amazing people and a great experience! I was in desperate need of an new car loan and unsure about the process, but Julie Watts went above and beyond to help me! She helped fight to get me the best rate in town or nationally, and was with me every step of the process. They are prompt with returning emails and don’t rush you off the phone. She even helped advise me about the car I was looking at purchasing based on her own experiences! I could not be any happier, and will be banking and lending from them forever.       I went in to the Katy branch today. I was helped by Cammy she done amazing job getting me an credit card. I usually go to the Richmond branch but Katy has become my favorite. Mandy and Cammy are always a great help.

      I've only been a member for about 2 months but already love this bank. Never have I gotten the help we truly needed from my other bank. Mandy is super Awesome and always trys her best to get you what you need and gives great advice for your next step. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon😀😀

      Wow!! I am super happy and impressed with the quality of products they have. I opened a new checking account, Simply FREE. no minimum balance required, no monthly charge, no fee per check. This is fantastic.       I had awesome experience with refinancing my car.I talked to Mandy Olson,she was patient with all my questions, and very professional.       WOW - I unexpectedly found this location and so grateful I did. The client services and product knowledge this team offered far surpassed anything I was expecting.       I highly recommend Texas Bay Credit Union. They were able to lower the rate for my auto finance and treated me and my children with respect during our visit. Mandy helped me through my process and exceeded her expectations to also help me build up my credit.

      It is sad how the way staff treat you here! If you have a Power of Attorney and legal rights with it being notarized, expect a hard process here!!! I understand some people have bad days but to step up to someone/customer to tell them "WHAT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND" and to down talk to someone that is well educated! Well let's say it did not come from a teller but a branch manager! Ma'am, if you don't know how to talk to people and how to do your job then maybe this isn't the field for you! My family member has been with this bank for 40 plus years and for us to come to this location to think that everything will go smooth like the location at 225 was wrong!!! Everyone that works at the 225 location well knows my family member, but for this one in katy upsets me! My family member had to drive all the way to 225 to get help since the katy branch manager was not able to and they have provided us some knowledge on what the branch manager should have done and how she should of handled it the correct way! This was a difficult situation which should have not lead a teller to help with it! The branch manager should receive some training on a process that is difficult and with having a POWER of attorney! Don't make a customer mad! No worries, we have report you to hire up's to make sure this is corrected!! Don't judge a book by its cover ma'am! You don't yell at a customer and down talk to someone that you felt was not educated! It will be known to all hire us and report you! Do your job and handle the situation instead of leaving it to a teller to do it for you! Dont get upset because it was asked to speak to someone higher then a teller!!

      Ms. Vigil, we at Texas Bay Credit Union take the security and release of our member’s financial information extremely seriously and therefore have a stringent process in place to ensure that all Powers of Attorney (POA) are reviewed and executed properly. This process is needed to prevent fraud on all accounts and especially for our elderly members who are so often targeted. This thorough review process was explained during your visit to the branch. We are happy to complete that process immediately, however conducting business for a member of ours, without the proper review of the POA being completed, is not something we are able to do. We serve all members equally and with respect and we were especially surprised to hear that one of our team members, especially one who consistently earns 5-star reviews for her exceptional member service spoke to you in a demeaning manner.
