  We've used Texas Bay Credit Union since the early 1970's.The name has changed, it was Atlantic Richfield Credit Union, when we joined, but the service has always been great. The employees are friendly, courteous and helpful. Employees are not robots. I think they do a remarkable job handling the volume of customers they serve each day. There's always room for improvement in any business, but by comparison to other places we've dealt with, we'd recommend Texas Bay for all your banking needs.

  Great bank. If you need assistance, ask for Joanna. She is well competent and polite. Extremely efficient and personable. You all should hire more like her - she sets the bar, for sure.

  Love the environment peaceful, clean, and helpful employees who are willing to work with you to get you the right loan, like Darian Chatman the experienced i had this past weekend 1/22/21 with her was awesome!! She didn’t stop until she got me the right amount for my loan!!!!

  I highly recommend this Credit Union Ms. Caroline was so patient and helpful with me, She made sure she answered all my questions. I will definitely continue coming to see her on any of my future plans or investments.

  I was there not to long ago.. it was great service and very professional. Caroline help me and my wife and explained every single detail in our loan. I definitely recommend Texas Bay Credit Union especially if your getting help by Caroline.

  Been a member since I was 17, going on 28 now. Never had a problem until recently. Just to get someone on the phone is at least a 45 minute hold. I've called numerous times to call in. Most times I give up and just go into the branch. Once there the customer service is great. Outside of it. It's like pulling teeth. I've applied for a couple small loans and just to get anyone on the phone to let me know what the status of it is almost impossible. They are quick to call you if they need more info but not to actually give you an answer on the status of it. Will be closing my accounts soon.

  Came over to open a checking account with my family and a nice/professional lady named Daniela Diaz helped us make an account and explained to us, clearly/calmly, the whole process step by step. Would come back again.
