  Had the most easiest process ever. Was worried about getting a loan especially since my credit wasn’t too great. Rosie helped me was very sweet, attentive and eased me through this process. Would definitely recommend and get a loan with this company again !

  Hi. I have been using 1st Franklin since before it was first franklin. Hard to believe they could get any better with customer service/relations but As of 2/7/22 I stand corrected. They were excellent and extremely polite. Thank you for working with me during a difficult time in my life and just making the entire process easy and relaxing. You can’t ask for much more than that. But i truly do thank you for extending it to me. I really did need it. Thank you. And a special thank you to the agent who helped me.

  I had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer Yuman on my visit. Let me tell you she is an amazing young Lady. She helped me through the process from being on the phone until I mase it to the off. And the other ladies in the office made it agreat experience they all were so friendly and helpful as well. I will recommend me friends to stop by for financial need or just to say hello. I jut want say thank you Jennifer, Sandy,and all of the ladies there for an awesome experience.

  I stumbled across this place just by searching through my phone on my lunch break. I felled into a last minute financial slump and I took a risk and called this place. Jennifer, was so very helpful and the process was as smooth as a baby's bottom. I was approved within 2 hours; sent them the proper documents and the next morning I was picking up my check. I asked for $1000 (in my mind I knew I was going to get denied), but I was approved for $1500, what a blessing!!!Yaaay 🙏. Other banks turned me down or I needed my husband as a co- signer, lol, but God be the Glory, not this time, lol my financial come up was none of his business 😁. I will definitely use 1st Franklin again.. Thanks 1st Franklin Financial
