  I’ll have to say, having to buy a vehicle is probably my least favorite thing, but I recently joined Texans Credit Union and worked with Ivan Diaz (Preston\Forest location), and it was the best experience I’ve had in over 35 years of buying\financing a vehicle! Very efficient, friendly, and overall ease of getting a vehicle financed was refreshing! I highly recommend Texans Credit Union, and if you’re lucky, you’ll have Ivan D. there to help!!   At this branch (Preston Rd./ Forest Ln.) all employees are very friendly and helpful. I obtained a loan through a simple process thanks to the help of Ivan Diaz, he is the best financial advisor I have ever worked with, he is very attentive, cordial and guided me at all times. Do not hesitate to request his help when you arrive at this branch!!

  I just started banking with TexansCU but let me tell you! Ivan is the MAN! He called me about my approval for a credit card I was kinda hesitant at first , but he explained to me everything I needed to know with no hesitation, and answered ALL my questions and concerns. This guy treated me like FAMILY I feel like I’ve known him for years! I felt comfortable, no pressure like other banks! Ivan went far and beyond my expectations! Thanks IVAN!!
