They explained the process thoroughly every step of the way and kept me updated regularly. I don’t know if we could have made the transition to our new home this smoothly without them keeping everything on track. They found us the perfect home and were able to negotiate a HUGE chunk off of the asking price! They saved us thousands of dollars.   The Ellis edge team were great. They were extremely patient as we decided which house was the right one for us. The were awesome with a flexible schedule to view homes and were always prompt with responses to our questions . They made the process seem less stressful even with a VA loan.   Jon and Terri were helpful beyond what I have come to expect in a real estate agent. They are reliable and knowledgeable about the area. Jon was very patient with showing me many houses without being pushy or sugar coating any of them. I finally found the right house for me and he facilitated the offers and counter-offers vey well. They have good contacts for insurance, etc. if you are not familiar with the area. The only down side is that the Keller Williams offices are a bit difficult to find, particularly the one in Daphne. Everyone is pleasant and helpful, though, and it was more convenient for me to go the office in Daphne, so I am glad it was there.
