  Chris was really great to work with! He was very responsive when we needed him, and if he did not know the answer to a question that we asked him, he was quick to find the answer and get back to us. Chris showed us several houses and he knew a lot about each house, he even pointed things out to us that my wife and I would never have noticed. It was obvious that Chris wanted to help us find and buy a good house, and he created a smooth home buying experience for us. I would highly recommend Chris Vail.

  Chris has been great to work with during the sale of our property. He kept on top of our sale like we were his only clients and I know we were not. He was very patient with my constant questions.   Chris Vail is an awesome realtor! Very professional with unsurpassed knowledge of the area. As a representative for us as a seller, Chris did a fantastic job negotiating on our behalf and was very astute in contract detail when buyers agent attempted to include uniquely worded requests. As representative for us as a buyer, he works just as keenly and hard in locating the best value for our family. He is always available, and considerate, to answer even the most trivial questions or concerns. We would highly recommend Chris to any buyer/seller of either single family or multi-residential properties in our area. We will never have the need to search out another realtor as long as Chris is in Orange Beach.

  Chris has helped me with purchase of two condos and the sale of one condo. He is always very professional, respectful, patient, showing me as many properties as I wanted to see. He is always available in a timely manner. He also has property of mine listed and he is constantly giving me updates on any inquiries and that is something that I really appreciate.   I am lucky enough to have known Chris for several years and when I found out he was a real estate agent, I jumped at the chance to use him to help my wife and I search for a family home in the Gulf Shores area. Chris was very up to date on the market prices and made an amazing offer for the perfect home. After getting moved in and settled, Chris offered to help with the house we were moving out of, to get it listed.   Chris sold our condo and he absolutely earned his commission through excellent customer service, market knowledge, advertising, and good negotiation skills. He made it easy for us, and he also made it equally as easy for the family who purchased our unit. I highly recommend.
