Lele Sf5I love this bank! We been banking with them for 6 years! I feel like the staff is like family! I never had a good relationship with the staffs in bank like I have here! They always been very helpful of all our needs not only the Newport office but even customer services. The only thing is I wish they had was a drive through atm that you can deposit or talk to an operator as a teller after hours or weekends that could assist you. We are originally from FL and when someone that just moved here from a different state ask where to bank we highly recommend this bank!

My Experience1If you are from out of town, this bank gave me issues cashing one of their customers large check. $3500 is large enough for them not to honor a simple government ID from Montana, and my federal military ID. They demanded my social security number...the cash a check. The ONLY reason to give out your social is for federal reasons or to open an account.

Pam Sluder5First of all my last name is Watkins and that is my Facebook name this error is my mistake But I opened my account with Tennessee State Bank this year.. I have had NO problems with them yet. But all and all the bank is providing great service to me and I am feeling very confident that this bank will be the one that will be with me until the end..The offers they have for customers are very satisfying. Customer service is excellent!!

Lacy Montero1I cannot even believe how they deactivate my debit card constantly. They just shut down my card as fraud because my phone bill went through on auto pay on the exact same day that it has every month for as long as anyone can remember. When a bank has a 100% error rate that results in them withholding your money from you, that is not an accident. Filing a federal complaint against this bank.

Morgan Blaisdell1I went there today to open a checking account. Other members of my family recommended this bank to me because they've used it for years. They've always been treated well there, so I thought it'd be the same for me. It wasn't. I was told to have a seat and I did. For 45 minutes. I legitimately think they forgot about me, the staff were all too busy having personal conversations with the other customers and each other. I ended up just walking out, because despite what they apparently thought, I had better things to do today than sit around waiting. I'll definitely be going somewhere else

Mystic Mountain1Debit card declined again, like always. I have over $8000 in my account, but this bank NEVER allows any of purchases to go through. Ive called to speak with them about more times than I can remember, they just act like its no big deal that Ive had no access to my own money for two years now. Im so tired of scraping coins out of my purse for groceries and having to borrow money from others when I have my own money being withheld from me. What they are doing is criminal at this point.

I will say I've never dealt with an unpleasant person necessarily, but not a single one who really can do anything for you except tell you they are, yet again, sorry for screwing up your account. The fraud alert system is nothing but a pain- if you travel AT ALL this bank is not for you. If you don't have time to have to call thirty times until you get a person who can give you any real information, probably not for you either. And God forbid you have a problem on Friday after 5, now there is not a single person that can help you until Monday morning (which I suppose would not be an issue if their system actually worked without problems).

Winter Mountain1worst bank Ive ever had to deal with. The employees are always nice, its not their fault none of the account features work. Nobody ever has an answer for anything. The debit cards decline constantly, the website fails all the time. And if you call theyll just tell you that you are having problems on your end. They never take responsibilty for their actions and its darn near impossible to get your own money out of your account.
