  I have to say, i don't know when I have been treated any better, than I have been at 1st Franklin Financial, in Newport Tennessee. Those Ladies go above and beyond to help you. They were all very professional. I dealt with the branch manager, she is so sweet. If you have financial needs go see the ladies at 1st Franklin Financial. You won't be disappointed. And the office looked amazing. I have never been in a business that was that clean. Awesome!!!!

  So here is what I will say about the Newport office. GLENDA AND THE WHOLE STAFF IS AMAZING. I fell on hard time and got sick and ended up in the hospital. They worked with me and kept my hopes up when I thought it was lost. That does not happen anymore. Thank you for the kindness.

  I just got an unsecured loan from here. This is my second loan from 1st Franklin and so far their customer service have been great. Getting an unsecured loan to pay off all of my bills and just have one payment a month and it even cut the payment almost in half and a lot better APR interest rate. Thanks to Mary and all of the office staff for a great experience.....

  Friendly people but looking at my credit report they did an unauthorized hard pull on my credit. When I asked why they told me they were checking my credit because I was late on a few payments but always paid and is now paid off. I did report it to the credit bureau and waiting on a response. Long story short I will not use them again and would not advise anyone else to either. If a lender wants to check your credit a soft pull can be done and will not effect your credit score. I don't normally leave reviews but thought people would want to know some of their practices.
