  I have been banking with the Nixa branch for 7 years now, with over a dozen loans in that time frame. I could not be happier with the service! Debby is hands down the best loan officer I have ever had. And when I make a deposit with the girls they couldn't be more friendly.

  I opened up an account and applied for a car loan, they said that the person in charge of the loan would call us the next day, well she walked in at that moment when the teller was explaining all of this, anyways she didn't even acknowledge us. So we left hoping to hear back from them. Its been more than two weeks and nothing, I am going to cancel my account because if I am going to have an account there I 'd expect great customer service, what I got was nothing.

  I absolutely love my bank, they make me feel like family, they are very friendly and always call me by my name ! I totally recommend them for all your banking needs !
