  This branch is phenomenal. The tellers, the assistant manager, Sheri, the manager, Sean, the loan assistants, Debbie and Jessica, the CSR, Lauri, the lenders, Jeff, Kendal, and Shawn- they’re all great. I am a regular at this branch and have never had an experience short of great with them. They have been able to handle odd requests, simple requests, difficult requests, and everything in between. Thanks for being such a great bank to work with!

  I am a runner for a local business in Nixa and had debated about opening an account for a while. I am shocked at the staffing and new faces. Unfortunately, I will not be opening up the account due to the laziness and lack of knowledge the current manager seems to have. One would assume you'd want someone in that position with more drive and understanding of the services offered.

  I have never taken the time to write a bad review, but after this experience I feel like it’s necessary. I pulled into the drive-up and put in my cash and waited... for ten minutes. I would not have been as frustrated if both of the employees that were working were dealing with other customers. Although, there were none inside nor in the drive-up. They had completely forgotten that I was there. I called the teller to let them know that I was still waiting and it still took them forever to deposit the cash that I had. They were rude and I will not be coming back to this location.

  Flawless experience with this branch and this bank in general. Friendly and helpful staff. They helped get us set up with safety deposit box and accounts. Treated us with respect. I can use other branches when necessary. I would recommend.

  Horrible service in drive through. Every time I go to this location to do a simple deposit it takes them so long. Its gotten to the point that I feel singled out like they know my car and just move slow on purpose. I've asked them before why they can get two to three cars in and out that pull up after me so now it seems to be they just want to piss me off.
