  When I called these people they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help and complete my transactions. It was over fast and I hung up feeling secure to drive my vehicle off of the dealers lot knowing I was well covered. I took my renter's insurance policy out with them also.

  I have been a customer of David Dupree - State Farm Insurance Agent for many years now. I live in Springfield, MO and started with David Dupree by moving my auto insurance over to him. The experience was so smooth and the service he and his team provided swiftly led me to move my homeowner policy and life insurance over as well. Since then they have continued to service my insurance needs with the highest level of service possible. My experience has been so great, that I've even begun using other services with them, financing two or three different vehicles with very comparable rates. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. It has been a pleasure doing business with them and I look forward to many years together in the future.

  Amazing!! State farm gave me all the answers to my accident and gave 10/10 customer service. I use a different company but state farm was still took the time to assist me. Leslie Smith was so nice and understanding. She understood our concerns and gave me everything I needed to get my vehicle fixed. Would recommend to anyone who has an insurance claim and needed help from state farm!

  Agent, Jeff Floyd, certainly delivers by far the very best experience every single time, when it comes to my insurance needs for my family. He makes himself available to his clients, even when it's not always convenient for him. He is consistent , compassionate, thorough, and truly makes one feel he is the best person to have in their corner, They say an agency is only as good as the folks who represent it. If that is true, Jeff is the perfect example of the agent all others in the industry should aspire to become.
