  Shelby Watson, the manager, is fantastic! My family recently had to apply for a loan due to a family emergency. She was efficient, explained everything clearly and concisely, and most of all, she was kind and friendly! If you need financial assistance, see Shelby. She is the best!!

  stay away from from this Bank they effectively shut my account down taking away my ability to feed my kids this weekend. and nobody could give me an answer to why and told me I had to wait till Monday the only thing I could think of was because I was behind on my credit card which got paid Saturday before the account was shut down. but you know they're only open 9:00 to 5:00 which is the same hours I work so please forgive me if I could return any phone calls or if they left anything other than a voicemail that said hey please give us a call not hey your accounts in danger. nor was anything said to me when I went to cash my check. so instead I COULDNT FEED MY CHILDREN THE ENTIRE WEEKEND AND NOW OWE FAMILY AND FRIENDS MONEY FOR THEY HELP THEY GAVE ME.. do not use this bank

  For a Medicaid application Need copies of certain months missing and first they suggested having this sent directly to Medicaid - second after giving request (young man at front of bank on 55) that they do not have the form - so we go back through the process to get the form and get mom to sign she is now in nursing Care - where is the accountability for the first firm we submitted and waited for? I know we will have to pay for the copies of the months but we are in a time crunch and they do not seem to have any sense of urgency - very different from chase who sent the five years in the mail and we received in a week free of charge !!

  The bankers are very helpful. They are very professional. The wait period isn't long at all, they follow COVID rules, and they help and take care of your banking needs, in a timely manner. The bank is a little small, so it would be nice if they could expand it.

  Thank you to branch manager (Shelby ) who handled very graciously and efficiently the situation we had experienced before - very impressed with the speed and attention to fixing and generating the forms needed for mom’s Medicaid application - not sure if I can edit my previous rating so offering one to balance it out !

  TEG has always provided professional service and commitment to me as one of their clients. I have been a member for 30 years and have always been made welcomed. I have had various loans, and always received complete information on each. TEG is a great community institution

  Horrible bank. Everytime I contact them it’s always rude and not helpful. I ran out of checks to pay to my credit card. I do not know what a money order is. Instead of telling me what it is, they just yell at for not paying my credit card and why I don’t pay with money orders. STOP being disrespectful and start being helpful.

  So far I have had the best experience with them. The customer service is always welcoming and friendly, very very professional and i hope to continue to work more with them in the future.
