  If I could give Teena more than 5 stars I would. She found us a lender, which was like pulling a rabbit out of a hat since our financial situation is not a traditional one. Add to that her patience and talent in explaining things in layman's terms, and the result is someone you are lucky to have on your side. We trusted Teena implicitly as she guided us through the process of buying a house

  Super big quality of work! Really grateful we had Teena for this process, she was able to support and attend to us throw out the process even when she away on vacation (has insane dedication). Answered question before we even knew we had, along with answering questions we did have. She had several unfortunate late night messages from us due to our work but still would and would call us back and explain everything. With out Teena we wouldn’t have bin able to close on this house before I leave on a work trip but manages to get us in before then. Along with an immense knowledge on the VA home loan and is approve by the VA to explain the loans and give them to her customers as an broker as well shop for different lenders to find the best deals and prices for our house.

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Teena during my recent home purchase. From start to finish, Teena was extremely responsive, informative and, most importantly, calm. She was always there when I needed her for an answer, explanation or reassurance. All of these things were very much appreciated by me.   I was very impressed with Teena's professionalism and knowledge. After reviewing my original loan, she knew she could save me money by refinancing my loan by removing the monthly mortgage insurance. I was really amazed when Teena emailed me my quote. She included a video to introduce herself and to go over the quote. She made it personal and I thought it was a nice touch. Throughout my loan process, Teena stayed in touch and I never needed to wonder or worry if my loan would close. I would highly recommend Teena.

  I did a lot of shopping around trying to find a good mortgage broker, I saw that Teena was highly reviewed and gave her a call. She was very responsive, up front and honest. She also offered the best rate I saw from anyone else. When we started the process of re-financing it was easy to do with her as we did everything over the phone and computer. She responded to my text right away and always called me back to answer any questions. My loan closed and rate locked and she even helped me get set up with payments with my new lender. Great to work with and highly recommend.

  After much debate about refinancing our home we had decided to reach out to Teena and I am so glad that we did! She was very informative and thoroughly explained all our options and then helped explain her recommendation of what she felt was the best option to refi that would give us the best bang for our buck. She not only was looking out for us to get a lower interest rate on our mortgage, but she was looking out and helping us to best utilize our resources to help us overall financially.   We found Teena through social media and were looking for help and sound guidance on preparing for purchasing a home. She was incredibly thorough, and extremely efficient in looking through all of our multi-layered paperwork and business structure to get us a real time idea of what we can qualify for, how to maximize our purchasing power, and what we can expect in the process. She was extremely generous with her time and responsive to all questions, doing extra research and filling in the gaps wherever needed. I would highly recommend working with Teena if you are considering a home loan, as we feel like we got a great education in what the current lending environment looks like, and what we need to consider in order to position ourselves in the best possible way going into a purchase.
