  Ted went above and beyond in terms of communicating with us about our loan. He made sure to explain everything in a way that there were no surprises along the way and was available to answer questions anytime we needed. Additionally, as we were building a home, there were times where we were getting updates about the deadline for our home from Ted before we would get updates from the builder. Ted is an outstanding loan officer and person and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

  Yes and his team are great when in comes to your mortgage needs. We recently closed on our home purchase and everything went smoothly with their help.   My wife and I started our refinance with another company, after many frustrating events "resigning the same paperwork, not returning phone calls etc) we canceled our association with them and decided to try a local company. I came across CMG Financial and called the local number provided, Ted Bishop answered the phone and set an appointment for us to come in. Being a Retired Army Veteran, I don't have a lot of patience and have to admit that due to no fault of CMG or Mr. Bishop I became frustrated over a few of the requirements. After Ted explained to me that these requirements were what the V.A. required to approve my V.A. loan (this was the first time I used the V.A.) he set my mind at ease that CMG was not following the same routine as the other company. Mr. Bishop was very patient and understanding in dealing with what I will admit are hard to please customers. If it were not for his understanding, patience and drive we would not have done the refinance. Mr. Bishop was in constant contact with us through out the entire process even taking time out of his vacation to reach out and keep us updated on the progress of our loan. CMG and especially Ted Bishop are second to none in getting the job done. I highly recommend CMG and Ted Bishop, I will share with friends and family our positive experience and when the need to buy or refinance a home in the future Ted will be my first call.
