Super friendly and helpful They made our dreams come true!! Bank of England has your back. They will work hard for you. Some banks talk the talk.   Troy, Jesse, and Shannon were amazing to work with. Troy had been working with me for over a year answering my questions, giving me different options, and being very patient and kind. He never made me feel like I was rushing him and would call me just to check on me. I finally bought a house in June and of it wasn't for this team I would have never been able to get it. They walked me through the process making sure that everything was clear to me and they were always available for any questions I had. I've referrer people over to Troy and will continue to do so. They're the best.

  Where do I start? From the First day I spoke to my Loan Officer Mr. Blackburn I felt very confident in him and his team. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain EVERY SINGLE THING. Thank you Bank of England so much for your help. It is nice to have a company to work with that feels like family and who worked like a team. They never gave up. I want to thank all of you for your help to get this done. My case wasn’t easy at all!! Everything was handled so professionally and you did a great job to get through this month. I was not able to see my loan officer or meet with them because they were states away, yet felt like I was in their back yard. I was educated throughout the whole process. The loan Officer was very helpful and I appreciate him taking the time and having the patience to answer all of my questions and going the extra mile to research things that was not his job, but he did so anyway to be accurate. Just an extra note of thanks for the outstanding service that was provided to my family and me on our mortgage. We met with our attorney and signed all of the documents approximately only 16 working days after I first called the office (During Christmas Holiday May I add). We are extremely impressed with the fast, efficient and profesisonal manner in which they handled our request and we certainly won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else we hear of who might be shopping around for a mortage. It's so nice to know that there ARE professional businesses that can meet your expectations. You all did a great job. My loan officer Mr. Blackburn also made things go smoothly and eased my fears when I had doubts or when things seemed to not be looking in my favor.   Home ownership made easy, is what I experienced with Akex and his team at Bank of England. I had a lot of questions about the process, and 2 other companies prior to coming to England Bank were not even coming close to answering my questions or providing me that personal touch as Alex and his team did. Yes I did ny research on different types of mortgages and I thought I was limited on available options, but Alex and his amazing team took me through ALL my options and helped me understand each step along the way.
