  Jim helped us finance our house purchase as we moved from WA to AZ. He was fast, courteous and communicative throughout the entire process.   Earlier this year my husband and I refinanced our home to utilize equity to replace faulty siding. Unfortunately, we would not pass a VA appraisal in order to option of VA status for a loan so we had to utilize a conventional mortgage. Once the new siding was completed we wanted to convert back to a VA loan since we would now pass the appraisal process. We had difficulty in finding anyone willing to work with us to achieve this. I was referred to Jim by a close friend who is a realtor and that I've known for years. From the start, Jim was great to work with. He patiently answered all of my questions about the process and made sure we were fully informed of the financial aspects of the process. It took a little less than a month to complete the conversion from a conventional mortgage back to a VA loan which is providing us with huge savings over the life of the loan. Jim and his team are EXCELLENT to work with. I highly recommend them if you are considering refinancing your home.

  Jim was AMAZING to work with for my first home purchase. I originally talked to him well over a year ago just trying to see what options were. He stayed in the background, never pushy but reassuring me he was available when I was ready, until I was ready a few months ago. When I reached out and told Jim I was ready to purchase my first home he walked me through every step, answered any questions I had, and helped me to understand all my options. He was always timely in his replies and on top of everything every step of the way.
