  Reuben has an absolutely amazing personality and excellent communication. He explained everything we needed to know in great terms and stayed in communication about everything that was happening and made us feel included in the whole process. He was willing to break whatever we needed down into understandable metrics and look at things from different angles to give us the best information to decide on how we wanted to proceed. Very transparent about the state of the market and what to expect while trying his absolute best to get us a great deal.
