  It was our second house. We got introduced with Mr. Don through our realtor. This is the most important encounter with Team Don Mortgage. We didn't approve with my income at first because my wife's self-employement's income doesn't have actual payroll. But we got phone with Mr. Don himself and instructed us how to prepare and guided us every detail what we need to do. When the time our house building close to finish our mortgage loan was ready. It's very professional and trustworthy. I thank you for all your done. You deserve more than Five star. I would recommend to all my friends and i would definitely come back when i need to another loan or refinance.

  Initially went with a big bank for a mortgage and got pre approved. However, once our offer was accepted, problems began coming up. It was the time of rising interest rates so it was understandable. We then went to Don, and with confidence he said he can get me the terms I wanted. And sure enough, his team delivered as we closed on time as well. Team Don is the Gold Standard in lending.

  Don is one of the easiest mortgage broker I have ever dealt with. He’s extremely responsive, informative, and up front about everything while giving you the best advice. He helped my best friend, brother and myself all get a home mortgage loan with ease.   Don was amazing. He works extra hard to make sure all your paperwork is on time and ready so that there are no unnecessary setbacks and delays… if there are delays, it won’t be due to him. He takes his time to answer any questions you have. He’s an overall patient dude (though I’m sure I annoyed him countless times throughout the home buying process) but he handled it professionally, almost like a big brother who genuinely wants you to learn and wants the best for you.   I have been working with another Mortgage Loan Officer for 20 years and she is retired so I need a new MLO. I first tried with a MLO and it turned out not so good due to lack of communication and expectations were not aligned. Through many reviews and recommendations, I found Don and his team have very good reputation in not only Vietnamese community but also in the DFW region. Since I am a new customer, we communicated the overall process and expectations that I did not have to do before with my former MLO. There were some issues (on my part) that I did not prepare well for the loan application but Don and Tammy really put extra efforts to mitigate the risks and managed to get me the loan in time for closing date. Their professional and customer oriented focus are admired and I am planning on working with them to get loan for other investments. Thank you Don and Tammy for great support.
